If you have one of these cheap, worthless, I don’t know why any plumber would install these pieces of crap, angle stops please replace them with brass angle stops. These plastic angle stops are connected to an unbraided supply line. Over time they are likely to rupture and cause your house to flood. Definitely replace them if they are on the 2nd floor.

This is a brass 1/4 turn angle stop. They are very good. It is a good idea to reach down and turn it from time to time just to make sure it is working. The water in Tampa is very hard and calcium can build up on these and make them not shut off the water entirely.
